At Jones In The Wild, we felt the name captures the essence of our collective passion for both the untamed wilderness and the bustling urban jungle.

It serves as a constant reminder to never waste any gift that mother nature bestows upon us.

Khem & Laura both grew up in the 80s and 90s with free reign to the hidden gems of Southern California, back when there were always more roads to explore, than clouds in the sky! Together with our family we are continuing that tradition and with Jones in the Wild, marrying our work and play into one.

What ever journey we are on, we always find something special to take back with us. It is a mutual love of ours to collect those beautiful finds, those perfect skies, those dynamic angles… now with aerial drones, and GO-Pros, we are able to capture vast landscapes and picturesque views that previously were reserved for our feathered friends alone.

We strive to get the perfect shots, the best transitions and the smoothest video we can as an effort to honor the beauty we find all around us. We're not just experts in photography, we also bring over 40 years of combined client service experience, so you can trust us to effectively communicate and prioritize integrity.

Khem studied at Santa Barbara City College and got his Associates in Automotive Mechanics, while he studied Aviation, Botany and Off Grid technologies. His love of flying, and early child hood background with video production and editing made this career choice a labor of love.

Laura, a designer, photographer, business owner, and mother; has 15 years of successful small business ownership and product development, as well as a highly effective social media presence grown organically, with a keen ability to make gorgeous viral content creation.

Together, our team has the expertise and the experience to handle any project you need, with the upmost professionalism and care.
